Help finding apartment in Odessa Ukraine for 3 months?

I am moving to the Ukraine for 3 months to travel and experience life in another country. I was hoping to be able to make my USD go farther in Eastern Europe and have pretty much decided on Odessa as it is close to other places to travel to, ie... Romania, Turkey by ferry etc...What I do know is the average monthly salary is around 200 US per month but have found rentals for no less than 30 per day or around 1000 per month. I have been able to look at the Kiev paper as it also has an English version they run and found the same prices roughly as on the internet. So with this all in mind I would love to find some resources on where I can find a place to rent, if need be I would even rent it for the whole year and only stay in it for the time that I am there, as it would be cheaper that way. So my kind friends on Yahoo Answers lead the way if you will:) And please keep in mind I am pretty set on Odessa or someplace along the Black Sea.

1. Well, $30/day is a reasonable price for short term. You can rent monthly for between $300-500/mo, but you will need to tell them you are staying all year. If you move out after 3 months, they will simply re-rent it to someone else - they will not enforce leases like in the USA, since all these people renting apartments out are doing so illegally (they do not report the income). Your best bet is to find a local agent in the area you want to go to. Your best bet is look online for an English speaking service. I am sorry I can not refer you to someone specific in Odessa, however. And, expect that unless you have a friend there who can find and rent the apartment for you, you will pay considerably more as an English speaker - usually 30-50% more than a native will.
